1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wealthy Affiliate's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the services indicates acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating your account information. You must maintain the security of your password and immediately notify us of any security breaches. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Membership & Billing

Wealthy Affiliate offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice. Free trials, if offered, will auto-convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All Wealthy Affiliate content, including text, graphics, photos, videos, software, and training materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting content, you grant Wealthy Affiliate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

AI-generated content is subject to our AI content policy. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. AI-generated content may be used for commercial purposes in accordance with your membership plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications
• Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Scrape or use automated access without permission
• Impersonate other individuals or entities
• Promote illegal activities, pyramid schemes, or deceptive practices

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wealthy Affiliate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, British Columbia. By using our services, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
